Day 5: San Francisco, California
Day 5 of my trip was a very driven,
unexpected visit to San Francisco.
Here is the story:
unexpected visit to San Francisco.
Here is the story:
What do you on your last day?
With more than 10 hours of layover?
No plans, no route?
Well, you go visit San Francisco!
Early morning we left Yosemite National Park,
having San Francisco only 3-4 hours away,
it was the perfect route to take.
Blasting music, snapping shots with my camera,
non-stop eating,
we traveled our way through Central California.
Troublesome enough,
traffic was a killer in San Francisco;
after all we made it through.
Our first sight were the tall buildings,
the busy streets,
it was a different feeling.
After spending some time in the Downtown area,
we made it to the Golden Gate Bridge!
I won't lie, it was insanely cold and cloudy;
and was not expecting this type of weather,
nor the amount of tourism on the bridge.
Without any hesitation,
we walked the 1.7 miles bridge;
it felt like such a cool moment,
to be able to walk this iconic place,
definitely something you want to experience in your life.
The scenery of the bridge made me take lots,
and lots of pictures;
I always wanted to do something that felt authentic
so I decided to edited them on black/white
because it brings that magic,
and detail of the bridge;
and I was very satisfied with the result.
San Francisco was very special to me,
I don't think I ever fallen in love for city,
I know there's lots, and lots of places to visit,
but this city did it for me.
For the time being,
I might re-visit again in the near future,
or might move and start a new life
at San Francisco.
Well guys,
this is it,
this is the end of the journey.
I had the time of my life,
it is incredible what can you accomplished
in just a week of traveling.
I urge you to go out there,
try something new,
explore,
start living your life,
it is the best we can do with it.
I have created so many memories,
mostly good ones,
and the most incredible experiences ever.
One thing is true,
dreams really come true.
I will see you on the next adventure.
This weekend I'll be heading to Las Vegas!
Excited to write about Vegas when I come back.
See you soon.
