Cozy Cabin In Duck Creek Village

Cozy Cabin In Duck Creek Village
 Hello guys!
I'm back with another blog post!
Excited to mention this will be my final blog post about this Utah Hiking Expedition,
I hope that you guys have enjoyed this journey as much as I have,
I'm still collecting and editing photos these past few weeks and still feels like I'm not done.
On today's short blog I'm here to talk and show you about our getaway cabin at Duck Creek Village.
The resort community of Duck Creek Village is a great area for landscaping,
and surrounded by many rental homes & cabins for visitors to stay.
Our friends rented this immense cabin in the middle of the woods,
it included a three-story cabin with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dry-cleaning room,
full-stacked kitchen, spacious living room and a great deck terrace.
Since we were about 11 people on this trip it made sense to book a cabin
with a lot spacious so everybody felt comfortable and cozy on the cabin.
I actually never had the chance to stay at cabin before in Utah,
usually I opted to visit Colorado or any other state when staying in cabins,
so it was kind of refreshing staying in a new state and seeing a different cabin.
I loved the fact this cabin had an incredible horizon to the rest of the community,
and included several trails on the back of each rental homes around the area,
something pretty cool to discover for hikers.
Driving back and forth each day to do our hikes it would take us about 1-2 hour drive
depending on traffic or how late we would come back from each hike,
but it never felt like a long drive as the commute in Utah is not that congested.
There are many old and historical places to visit around Duck Creek Village,
there are many gift shops around that offer tours to famous TV Shows that were filmed here,
many of them were famous actors back in the early 1960's,
so if you ever feel to know more about the historical spots I'm pretty sure you'll find it here.
Close to the area you'll find waterfalls and creeks to hike and the great Dixie National Forest
which consist of two million acres and is the largest national forest in the state of Utah,
although we were not particularly interested of getting out of the cabin after completing long hikes.
Weather here was the best thing ever!
At night, we could out to the deck to stir up our BBQ,
make hot dogs, hamburgers and other delicious food.
Later on, we would decided to head down to the fire pit,
as I always say this is the best part of the night for me,
I feel like there's a special connection with fire at night,
the vibes and serenity of the fire makes me want to appreciate it each time.
We sat here every night to talk about our daily adventures,
to look at the beautiful clear sky full of stars and to enjoy some great marshmallows.
Too sad that these moments we take them for granted and they never seem to last.
Guys make sure to check out some of these great photos and all content,
for the next couple of weeks I will keep updating my collections and all my blogs,
you will hear soon from me with some more new content and blogs!
For now enjoy this one and see you on the next post!
