Roswell Mill Falls (Georgia Hiking Trip)

Roswell Mill Falls
(Georgia Hiking Trip)
Hello guys.
Here is another short blog post from my Georgia Hiking Trip.
After making a quick hike over Anna Ruby Falls I was ready to head to my next waterfall.
My next hike was Roswell Mill which was located down in Atlanta 1-hour away from Anna Ruby Falls.
I came up with this waterfall during my research of this trip but I honestly didn't read much about it,
I didn't follow up on any trails and I just had a quick preview of the falls,
so I was pretty much going in with no information on this hike.
Arriving to Roswell Mill I noticed that it was just this big great park structured into a hiking place!
Weird right? Well, I felt the same way when I stepped foot into the park.
Roswell Mill Falls includes a loop trail of 4.7-miles distance with a nice view of the entire park,
routes follow up with waypoints in order starting from 1, 2, 4, 6, following in that order,
there are many trail junctions during the hike so make sure to keep this order to hike the entire loop.
At the beginning of the hike you can literally spot the waterfall and since it is
a loop you can see it from both side from the beginning and end of the trail.
I decided to hike the trail first and then come back the little creek trail and get a closer view at the falls.
This waterfall offers a relaxing scenery for any visitors or residents that can enjoy this park.
It has a beautiful over rocky-creek where you can sit down and enjoy the fall for the day.
Other things to do around Roswell Mill is walking the old wooden bridge which it is part of the hike,
and you'll get a beautiful and different at the cascade and creek.
Overall, Roswell Mill is your typical park located in a residential area
with a nice loop-trail hike and with friendly activities in the park.
I really enjoy this park because it offered a different vibe from the rest of the hikes,
also, it felt like something new and refreshing from the rest of the waterfalls.
If you guys are in the area or heading down to Atlanta I would totally recommend
visiting Roswell Mill for a quick hike and to enjoy a scenery of the falls.
Guys, as always I will see you on the next blog which will be the final post!
Catch you next!
